Multi me to work with the Learning Disability Transformation Programme (LDTP) in Wales on two new exciting projects

Multi Me and RIX Wiki will work across Flintshire and Wrexham as part of the Learning Disability Transformation Project in North Wales.

This project will provide an assessable and safe way to enable sharing, communication, collaboration and bespoke individualised planning across the various diverse regions across Flintshire, Wrexham and neighbouring authorities. Targeting individuals with learning difficulties and Autism.  

This software supports a new innovated and safe way for individual to have self-control over their own person centre plan, support and develop a safe platform for people we support to build their own social network of friends, enabling them to feel safe, at the same time reducing the risk of abuse, vulnerability and social isolation.
