The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about what information we collect from you as a user of this website and how it will be used. We have summarised this in the simplest terms below: 

1. This Privacy Policy is for users of the website and it’s subdomain

2. This Policy does not apply to any other websites and we are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of other sites, including any that are reached through a link on this website.

3. We are required under the Data Protection Act to protect any information we collect from you and will use administrative, technical, and physical measures to safeguard personal information against loss, theft and unauthorised uses, access or modifications of it.

4.Under the new European GDPR legislation MultiMe is obliged to meet and conform to the GDPR regulations as a ‘Data Processor’ and ‘Data Controller’. We have updated this Privacy Policy to give transparency about the sort of data we collect from you, how and why we use it and when we delete it.

5. Personal information may be collected from you, such as your name, organisation, IP and email addresses and phone number. 

6. We may also analyse visitors and usage patterns of such visits to the website in order to inform our making improvements to the website and the information within it and to be able to send you relevant information from time to time.

7. We will only share personal information where compelled to do so under legal processes or statute. 

8. We will not sell or pass such information to third parties without your specific permission.

9. However, whilst we will do everything we can to maintain the security of your personal information, it is not possible to guarantee it and therefore if you supply such information you do so at your own risk.

This policy applies to both our marketing site at and the web application at  In addition, this Privacy Policy also covers MultiMe's treatment of any personal information about our users that our partners or other services might share with us, for example responses to a survey collected through a research and development programme we are involved in. 

This policy does not apply to websites or services or practices of companies that MultiMe doesn’t own or control, such as third-party services you might access through links or other features (e.g., social media buttons or YouTube videos) on the Service. These other services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them before providing them with personal information.

What is MultiMe?

MultiMe is an online secure social, support networking tool and personal development platform that is designed to help people with learning disabilities and other vulnerable individuals express themselves using multimedia and be more in control of their lives through engaging their Circle of Support with various person-centred collaboration tools on MultiMe.

MultiMe is centred around the individual and can be used by them or their supporters in a range of different environments such as at school in the classroom, at college, by support provider or at home independently, with carers or family members.

Circle members can message and update each other individually or in a closed Group using a combination of text-based messages, pictures, videos, audio, documents and Stickers. Users can build their own basic profiles or advanced profiles using the ‘My Wiki’ tool, tell Stories, update their Diaries and link Diary entries to their Goal achievements as well as send messages and keep a Calendar of Events. MultiMe may require vulnerable individuals to get support and safeguarding whilst using the system, these ‘Supported Users’ can have guardians called ‘Buddies’ to provide this support. Buddies are usually key members of staff such as teachers, or TAs, key workers or family members. Defining user roles and matching Buddies to Supported Users can be managed through a registered Account Holder Portal such as a school, a provider, group or a family. The Portal also allows the Account Holder (Portal Admin) to define Community and Group memberships for users as well as access to other user's MultiMe assets such as Diaries, Goals, Wikis and Stories. MultiMe user roles are as follows:

  • Account Holders (Portal Admins)
  • Buddy Users (teacher, assistants or key workers)
  • Supported Users (vulnerable individuals)
  • General Users (users that are neither of the above)

Parents, professionals and other members of the individual’s Circle of Support can access and set up an account on MultiMe using a secure invitation email link provided by the individual’s Buddy. Circle members can only view their own individual’s profile and activity on MultiMe not those of any other individuals (unless they have been invited to join other Supported User Circles).

In order to have a Supported User account created, individuals will need to have the account created at school by their teacher, or by provider organisation from their Management Portal (only after the teacher/ professionals represents to MultiMe that they have obtained any necessary parental or other consents.

What information does MultiMe collect?

We collect two types of information about you: (1) information that you voluntarily provide us by using the MultiMe Service (described below under "Information you provide to us") and (2) information collected automatically as result of your use of the Service (described below under “Information collected automatically”). The types and amounts of information collected will vary depending on whether the user is a General User, a Buddy, a Supported User, or an Account Holder (e.g. we collect minimal information from Supported Users) and how they use MultiMe (e.g. if teachers join their school, we may need to collect school address information).

Information you provide to us

There are currently four categories of users on our Service: General Users, Buddies, Supported Users and Account Holders. We collect and store the following types of information from each type of user:

Account Sign-up and Profile Information:

  • General Users: When registering for a MultiMe account from our website you will be asked to provide some basic information such as your username, first and last name (optional), email address, password and a profile photo (optional). We don’t ask our users to enter any other personal information to create their accounts. User profiles may be viewed by other users in the same management Portal or Community e.g. school, provider or Supported User’s Circle; however, no Supported User profile is made available or visible to the general public through the functionality of our Service. Account Holder, Buddy User and General User profiles can be made searchable by Community Admins and other non-Supported Users through the invite feature if the user has defined these settings in their Account Settings area. This is useful so that registered users such as health or social care workers can find each other on the system and easily invite each other to join different Supported User Circles.
  • Account Holder: To create a MultiMe Community as an Account Holder we may ask you for information about your organisation, your role and your professional contact details. If we are helping you to setup your MultiMe Community, we may ask you for the usernames and email addresses of Buddy Users and Supported Users in your organisation. We may also ask for details about your organisation and its services in order to build your Community around these, e.g. a school and its classes.
  • Buddy User: Buddy Users can only be created by an Account Holder. Buddy users are typically members of staff, parents or guardians of Supported Users. Account Holders may create accounts for Buddy users with just a username and password, they may also add a linked email address if they want to, first and last name and profile picture of the BuddyUser. Buddy Users can veto every activity of the Supported User from adding and joining Circles and Communities to sending messages and sharing posts.
  • Supported User: Supported Users can only be created by an Account Holder. Supported Users are typically people with learning disabilities or other vulnerable individuals that require support using the system. Account Holders may create accounts for Supported Users with just a username and password, they may also add a linked email address if they want to, first and last name and profile picture of the Supported User. Supported Users can create their own Circle Groups and Events as well as join others. They are not visible outside of these Groups by other users.

All users need to create a unique username when they register or create an account on MultiMe.

When you delete your account, your Buddy or Account Holder deletes your account, or we delete your account because your account has been inactive and unsubscribed for over 12 months.


All users need to create a password when they register or create an account on MultiMe. The password allows you to log in with your username to your account.


You can add a registered email address to your account on MultiMe that will allow you to receive email notifications from the system and re-set your password in case you have lost it. Supported User account may be linked to Buddy registered emails.

Profile picture

You can add a profile picture so that other users can recognise who you are easily in your activity and from your profile page

Text-based messaging/posts

You can add text to messaging or posting anywhere on MultiMe.

1)    In your own assets, e.g. your Conversations, Goals, Wiki, Profile etc….when you delete your account

2)    In other user’s assets, e.g. other users Conversations, Group Conversations, Goals, Wikis etc…when they delete these assets or their account.


You can capture or upload digital pictures to MultiMe that you can share and store

You may link your Google Docs account to your MultiMe account to allow you to embed and share Google Docs on MultiMe

Sharing: MultiMe allows the sharing of certain information in a controlled environment, e.g. my School Community or my Circle. Sharing can be vetoed by a Supported User's Buddy, or by a Group Admin that is vetoing sharing in their Group. If needed sharing can also be switched off for a Supported User by their Buddy through the 'Manage this User' screen. MultiMe does not allow or encourage the 'sharing on' of information and always gives control of sharing to the information 'Owner' or their Buddy.

Sharing and Inviting Others as a Buddy of a Supported User: As a Buddy of a Supported User you can invite key people in that user’s life and Support Network to join their Circle and its Groups, e.g. health professionals, teachers, family and friends. Invitations can be made to registered users as well as via email address to invite users to sign up and join the Circle. Buddies can also invite people via email access link to view certain sections of the individual’s MultiMe e.g. sections of the Diary and sections of the Wiki. We will collect and store the email address you provide with these requests and will also treat this as personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If these individuals would like to request deletion of their information, they may contact us directly at .

MultiMe and The Rix MultiMe Toolkit provides the following opportunities for sharing and collaboration:

  • Goals:  As a user you can create a list of Personal Goals and Goal Tasks that you want to achieve such as curricular subjects, my EHCP, my IEP, independent living or social and emotional targets. A user’s Goals can only be viewed on MultiMe by that user, their Buddies or users in their Circle whom they have added into the Goal. These Goals cannot be viewed by the general public through our Service.
  • User Profile (basic profile): As a user you can add information to your profile including pictures, videos, documents, stickers and text. This information is visible to other users in your Communities and Circle Groups. However, this information cannot be viewed by users outside of these or by the general public.
  • My Wiki (advanced profile): As a Rix MultiMe user you can create a Wiki on your About Me Page. The Wiki is an in-depth profiling tool that can contain multiple sections about the individual that is created using a combination of pictures, videos, audio, documents and text. The Wiki can only be viewed by other users in the users Circle and Community that have been invited to view it by the Wiki Owner or by their Buddy. Sections of the Wiki can be viewed by those with an email access link invited by the Wiki Owner’s Buddy. This information cannot be viewed by users outside of these or by the general public.
  • My Stories: As a user you can add individual Stories that contain a combination of pictures, videos, audio, documents, stickers and text. Stories are private by default until the Story Owner elects to share them (sharing can be vetoed by the Story Owner’s Buddy) with users in their Circle Community or Groups they have joined in other Communities. This information cannot be viewed by users outside of these or by the general public.
  • Circle Events: Supported Users and their Buddies can create their own Events on MultiMe and share them with people in their Circle. Circle Events contain information such as address postcode/geo-location, name of event time date and the users that are going to the event. This information cannot be viewed by users outside of the Event’s Circle or by the general public.
  • Community Events: Community and Group Admins can create their own Events on MultiMe and share them with people from that Group/Community. Community Events contain information such as address postcode/geo-location, name of event time date and the users that are going to the event. This information cannot be viewed by users outside of the Event’s Community or by the general public.
  • Circle Groups: Supported Users, their Buddies as well as Community Admins can create their own Groups on MultiMe and share them with people in their Circle. Circle Groups contain information such as Group Name, any information added by the user on the Group About Page and a list of members in the Group. This information cannot be viewed by users outside of the Group’s Circle, or by the general public. 
  • Community Groups: Community and Group Admins can create their own Groups on MultiMe and share them with people from that Group/Community. Community Groups contain information such as Group Name, any information added by the user on the Group About Page and a list of members in the Group. This information cannot be viewed by users outside of the Group’s Community, or by the general public.
  • Media Folders: As a user you can save media including pictures, audio, video and documents to your Media Library. You can create Folders of your media which can be shared with your Circle, Groups or Communities (this can be vetoed by Folder Owner’s Buddies).
  • My Diary and user blogs: As a user you can create a record of your day to day activities in your Diary using a combination of pictures, videos, audio, documents and text. Additional tabs can be created to enable Diary Logs. They Dairy is by default private. Users can be invited to join the Diary by the Diary Owner’s Buddy and be given read or write access to different sections of the Diary and its Diary Logs through the Manage Access area. 
  • Conversations and Comments: As a user you can create private Conversations (these can be vetoed by Buddy) with users in your Circle. Group members can also create group Conversations (these can be vetoed by Group Admins). User can also comment on other users Circle and Group Updates, Diaries, Stories, Wikis and Goals that they share (these can also be vetoed by Buddies). As a user your name and profile photo may be displayed to the person with whom you are messaging or to the Group you are messaging. However, only users who share the same Community or Circle Groups as you may click on your profile and see your Profile Page. 

We will store messages and digital content (e.g., photos, videos and documents etc..), to provide the Service, and to help Buddies and Account Holders keep a log of their communications with Supported Users and their Circles of Support.

In the case that a photo or video is shared in MultiMe showing an individual who does not want photos taken of him/her (or whose parent/carer does not want photos taken of him/her), the individual or parent/carer can contact us at  to remove it.

Contact Information: When you choose to provide us with your personal information through the Service in some other manner (e.g., when you send us an email asking a question, submit a support request, participate in a video testimonial about our Service, or choose to participate in any research efforts with MultiMe to improve the Service).

Information collected automatically

Like most web-based services, we (or our service providers) may automatically receive and log information on our server logs from your browser or your device when you use the Service. For example, this could include the frequency and duration of your visits to MultiMe. If you use MultiMe on different devices, we may link the information we collect from those different devices to help us provide a consistent Service across your different devices. If we do combine any automatically-collected information with personal information, we will treat the combined information as personal information, and it will be protected as per this Privacy Policy.

The technologies and information we automatically collect include:

  • Cookies and other similar technologies: We use a minimal number cookies or similar technologies to identify your browser or device or remember the last logged in user on a device. If you view an embedded YouTube video player on our Service, YouTube may place cookies or similar technologies on your browser when you play the video from our site. We don’t allow these third-parties to advertise directly on our service (i.e. such as when an advertiser would bid to place an advertisement directly on a platform such as Facebook).   • Device information: We collect device-specific information such as your device type, device brand, operating system, hardware version, device settings, file and software names and types, battery and signal strength, and device identifiers. This helps us measure how the Service is performing, improve MultiMe for you on your particular device.
  • Error reporting: We collect details of software errors and logs by using a third-party bug tracking service. This shows us details of the error, the username and IP of the user and the site activity that cased the error. This helps us find and fix bugs in the site and improve the experience of the site for our users. We keep our crash reports for three months before they are deleted.
  • Server log information: Like most online services, when you use our Service, we automatically collect and store certain information in our server logs. Examples include things like: Details of how you used our service, such as your activity on the Service, and the frequency and duration of your visits to the MultiMe Website.
  • IP Address and Device event information such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and referral URL. This information helps us make decisions about what we should work on next - for example, by showing which features are most (or least!) popular.

How does MultiMe use the information it collects?

First and foremost, you should know that MultiMe does not sell or rent any of your, or your child’s or dependant’s personal information to any third-party for any purpose - including for advertising or marketing purposes. MultiMe does not share personal information with third-parties without your explicit consent. We use the information we collect from you to provide you with the best MultiMe experience. More specifically, this information is used to:

  • Provide and improve the Service, for example by developing new products and features
  • Respond to your emails, submissions, questions, requests for information or customer support
  • Customise the Service for you, and improve your experience with it
  • Send you information about features on our Service or changes to our policies and Service
  • Provide you with information about events, announcements, offers, promotions, products, including third-party products and services we think will be of interest to you
  • Most crucially, to protect our community by making sure the Service remains safe and secure

We use automatically collected information (described in the "Information collected automatically" section above) to provide and support our Service, and for the additional uses described in this section of our Privacy Policy. Will MultiMe share any information it collects?

We do not share personal information with any third-parties except in the limited circumstances described in this Privacy Policy and as set forth below:

Other Users You Share and Communicate with on MultiMe: No teacher, school leader, professional, parent or student profiles are made available to the general public through our Service. Furthermore, students cannot share their account information or user posts with anyone on MultiMe, outside of their Circle or Communities. If you are a teacher, professional, or a parent, you may choose to share information or content through the Service with other MultiMe users - for example, things like your account information, or other information you share with other Circle members through the MultiMe Diary, Wiki, Stories, Goals, Events or Conversations. 

Please keep in mind that information (including personal Information or children's personal information) or content that you voluntarily disclose to others - including to other MultiMe users you interact with through the Service (such as messages you might send other users you collaborate with) - can be viewed, copied, stored, and used by the people you share it with. We cannot control the actions of people with whom you choose to share information and we are not responsible for the collection, use or disclosure of such information or content by others.

Third-party integrations on our Service: When, as a teacher, professional or parent/carer, you use third-party apps, websites or other services that use, or are integrated with, our Service such as Google Documents or YouTube, they may receive information about what you post or share. Information collected by these apps, websites or integrated services is subject to their own terms and policies.

Service Providers: MultiMe does not host any third-party advertising either on its marketing site or in the web application as a logged in user and personal information collected from our users is never used for behaviorally-targeted advertising to any of our users (by us or third-parties). We do work with vendors, service providers, and other partners to help us provide the Service by performing tasks on our behalf. We may need to share or provide information (including personal information) to them to help them perform these business functions, for example sending emails on our behalf, database management services, database hosting, providing customer support software, and security. Additionally, we may also share information with social networking and other websites, applications or partners, for marketing and advertising our products or services on those websites or applications (this will never include personal information of our users). Please see here  for a list of the third-parties we work with to provide the Service. Generally, these service providers do not have the right to use your personal information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us. Additionally, these service providers must adhere to confidentiality and security obligations in a way that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Testimonials: We post testimonials on our Service which may contain personal information such as the name, photo and/or a video of the individual in the testimonial. We obtain the individual’s consent in advance to ensure we have permission to post this content publicly. Analytics Services: We use analytics services to help us understand and improve how the Service is being used. These services may collect, store and use information in order to help us understand things like how often you use the Service, the events that occur within the application, usage, performance data, and from where the application was downloaded.

Aggregated Information and Non-Identifying Information: We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information publicly, including with users, partners or the press in order to, for example, demonstrate how MultiMe is used, spot industry trends, or to provide marketing materials for MultiMe. Any aggregated information shared this way will not contain any personal information.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose personal information if we have a good faith belief that doing so is necessary to comply with the law, such as complying with a summons or other legal process. We may need to disclose personal information where, in good faith, we think it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of MultiMe, our employees, our community, or others, or to prevent violations of our Terms of Service or other agreements. This includes, without limitation, exchanging information with other companies and organisations for fraud protection or responding to government requests.

Sharing with MultiMe Companies: Over time, MultiMe may grow and reorganise. We may share your personal information with affiliates such as a parent company, subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us, in which case we will require those companies to agree to use your personal information in a way that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Change of control: In the event that all or a portion of MultiMe or its assets are acquired by or merged with a third-party, personal information that we have collected from users would be one of the assets transferred to or acquired by that third-party. This Privacy Policy will continue to apply to your information, and any acquirer would only be able to handle your personal information as per this policy (unless you give consent to a new policy). We will provide you with notice of an acquisition within thirty (30) days following the completion of such a transaction, by posting on our homepage, or by email to your email address that you provided to us. If you do not consent to the use of your personal information by such a successor company, you may request its deletion from the company.

In the unlikely event that MultiMe goes out of business, or files for bankruptcy, we will protect your personal information, and will not sell it to any third-party. 

With your consent: Other than the cases above, we won’t disclose your personal information for any purpose unless you consent to it.

How can I access and manage my personal information?

MultiMe aims to provide you with easy access to any personal information we have collected about you. If that information is incorrect, we give you easy ways to update it, or to delete it, unless we have to keep that information for legitimate business (e.g., we need at least an email address for your account) or legal purposes.

  • Accessing Your Information: Upon request either free of charge or by minimal charge, MultiMe will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information, and, if you are a user of MultiMe, you may request access to all your personal information we have on file by contacting us at . In some cases, we won’t be able to guarantee complete access due to legal restrictions - for example, you will not be allowed to access files that contain information about other users or information that is confidential to us.
  • Managing Your Information: You may update, correct, or delete some of your profile information or your preferences at any time by logging into your account on MultiMe and accessing your account settings page. You may have to verify your identity before you can do that. You may also, at any time, update, correct, or delete certain personal information that you have provided to us by contacting us at We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Accessing a Supported User’s Information: As a Buddy of your Supported User’s account you may log in to your account and access all of their settings from their page in the ‘Manage this user’ section. You will also have access to all of their ‘Stuff’ in your ‘My Stuff’ area and can manage their assets such as their Goals, Stories, Wikis and Diary this way.

Where we can provide information access and correction, we will do so for free, except where it would require a disproportionate effort. We aim to maintain our services in a manner that protects information from accidental or malicious destruction. Because of this, even after you update or delete personal information you have provided us from our Service, your personal information may be retained in our backup files and archives for a reasonable period of time for legal purposes or for so long as is necessary in light of the purposes for which such records were collected or legitimately further processed.

We may reject requests for access, change or deletion that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort (for example, developing a new system or fundamentally changing an existing practice), risk the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup systems).

How does MultiMe protect and secure my information?

Your MultiMe account is protected by your username and encrypted password. You can help us protect against unauthorized access to your account by keeping your password secret at all times. 
The security of your personal information is important to us. We work hard to protect our community, and we maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect against unauthorized use, disclosure of or access to personal information. In particular:

  • Our engineering team is dedicated to keeping your personal information secure
  • We work with a team of security researchers to continually test MultiMe’s security practices for vulnerabilities
  • We periodically review our information collection, storage and processing practices, including physical security measures, to guard against unauthorized access to systems
  • We continually develop and implement features to keep your personal information safe - for example, when you enter any information anywhere on the Service, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL/TLS) by default
  • We ensure passwords are stored and transferred securely using encryption and salted hashing
  • The MultiMe Service is hosted on servers at a third-party facility, with whom we have a contract providing for enhanced security measures. For example, personal information is stored on a server equipped with industry standard firewalls. In addition, the hosting facility provides a 24x7 security system, video surveillance, intrusion detection systems and locked cage areas.
  • We automatically delete inactive user accounts that are un-subscribed after a period of 12 months as per our retention policy.

Although we make concerted good faith efforts to maintain the security of personal information, and we work hard to ensure the integrity and security of our systems, no practices are 100% immune, and we can’t guarantee the security of information. Outages, attacks, human error, system failure, unauthorized use or other factors may compromise the security of user information at any time. If we learn of a security breach, we will attempt to notify you electronically (subject to any applicable laws) within 72 hours of detecting the breach so that you can take appropriate protective steps; for example, we may post a notice on our homepage ( or elsewhere on the Service and may send email to you at the email address you have provided to us. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing.

What communications will I receive from MultiMe?

If you registered on MultiMe, provided an email or phone number to us, or otherwise opted-in to receive communications from us, we may send you messages and updates regarding your account, including privacy and security notices, updates regarding the Service, and information regarding products, features or services from MultiMe (or third-parties we believe you may be interested in). These communications may include, but are not limited to, social media updates and email. If you have an account with us, we’ll also use your email address to contact you for customer service purposes, or for any legal matters that arise in the course of business. We may receive a confirmation when you open an email from us if your device supports it. We use this confirmation to help us understand which emails are most interesting and helpful.

If you invite another person to join you on MultiMe by providing their email address or phone number, we may contact them regarding the Service using the appropriate form of communication. If they would prefer not to receive our communications, they may opt-out using the “Unsubscribe” instructions contained in those communications.

You can always unsubscribe from receiving any of our:

  1. Marketing emails or other marketing communicationswhenever you’d like by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email.

Please note that if you do not want to receive legal notices from us, such as this Privacy Policy, those legal notices will still govern your use of the Website, and you are responsible for reviewing those legal notices for changes.

How can I delete my account?

If for some reason you ever want to delete your account (or another user’s account you manage, if you are his or her parent/carer), you can do that at any time by logging into your account and going to your Account Settings page. As a Buddy of a Supported User you can also delete their account by accessing their page and clicking on the ‘Manage this User’ link in their Quickmenu. As an Account Holder you can mass delete accounts in your Management Portal from the Account Holder Panel.

When you delete your account from the Account Settings page or the ‘Manage this User’ page as a Buddy you will begin an account deletion schedule. The schedule will delete the account after two weeks if the deletion schedule is not cancelled. If there is a registered email address associated with the account that is being deleted, a confirmation email will be sent that will contain a link with the option to immediately delete the account or cancel the deletion schedule. 

Deleting your account will remove all of your personal information such as your name, email and username as well as all of your assets on MultiMe such as your Diary, Stories, Wiki, Goals and Media library. In order to prevent important shared data from going missing some data that you have shared with other user’s assets may not be deleted. This data will appear in posts under the name ‘Anonymous user – this user has deleted their account’.

Additionally, please note, that even if your account is deleted, messages sent in Diary Logs need to be preserved with usernames, date and time stamps and are retained to assist providers with various recordkeeping or compliance obligations.

How long does MultiMe keep information about me?

We store your personal information for as long as it is necessary to provide products and Services to you and others, including those described above. Personal information associated with your account will be kept until your account is deleted, unless we no longer need the data to provide products and services, in which case we will delete prior to you deleting your account.

We will delete user accounts that have been inactive for 12 months that are not being paid for. 

How will MultiMe notify me of changes to this policy?

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. We won’t reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. If we make any significant changes, we’ll provide prominent notice by posting a notice on the Service and/or notifying you by email (using the email address you provided), so you can review and make sure you know about them.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy from time to time, to stay informed about our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information through the Service. If you don’t agree with any changes to the Privacy Policy, you may terminate your account. By continuing to use the Service after the revised Privacy Policy has become effective, you acknowledge that you accept and agree to the current version of the Privacy Policy.
