Account Holder Panel

The Account Holder (AH) Panel allows Account Holders to easily manage their own multi me Communities of Groups and Users and define permissions, account roles and access for the users they manage.

Users can be given Account Holder, Buddy or Supported User status by other Account Holders. There are a number of features in the AH Panel that help Account Holders easily apply settings to and manage multiple users in their account.

Buddy Groups

Orgnisational Groups can be made into Buddy Groups which is a way of easily matching Supporter to Supported Users in the Community. Any Buddy added into a Buddy Group will have a Buddy role with any Supported User in that Group. The interface allows users to simply drag and drop users from Group to Group.

Note: one-to-one Chats are switched off with Circle members meaning any Supported User this is applied to will not be able to message people in their Circle on a on-to-one basis. If it was switched on and ‘Confirm’ selected then the Buddy would veto the message before it was sent.

Other Tools & Templates

The AH Panel provides a number of templates and tools that can be applied to users in the account:

Permissions templates can be created for Supported Users in the account.

Diary Log templates can be created and bound to users’ Diaries that have specific sections, for example ‘Staff notes’ or behaviour, care, health or other information.

Circle invite templates allow Account Holders to format the Circle invite notification, adding text, weblinks and a logos to the email message that is sent to people who are invited to join a Supported Users Circle.

Wiki Templates allow Ac0count Holders to design their own Wiki templates or choose from pre-existing ones and assign them to users in their Account.

Goal Categories. Users can also define the Goal Categories in their account with a screen that allows them to easily put Supported Users Goals into the correct category.
